It’s long but worth the watch. This is the umpteenth time City Council has reviewed their rules, this time apparently as a reminder to Lee that a formal censure could be in the future if he continues on his current path of not following the professional protocols in place. Lee’s vehement responses to Putz and Herrick, his attack and blame on an upstanding community member are unwarranted and irrational.
